The health and safety of our technicians, our clients and importantly the health and safety of your clients has always been at the forefront of Cannon Pest Control services. The harmful effects of pest infestations whether from birds, insects or rodents can be catastrophic for businesses. The risk of disease, product contamination and structural damage can be removed by working in partnership with us to tackle pest problems in a safe and effective manner.

As an organisation we aim to continually improve our health and safety record and thus ensure all our pest control team receive all the correct training and practice the latest pest control techniques. Any chemicals we use comply with the requirements of the control of pesticides regulations (1986) and full environmental risk assessments are completed on every site before a solution is implemented.

We are 18001 certified and SAFE contractor accredited alongside being approved members of all leading pest control associations including the BPCA. Our supervisors and management team are IOSH qualified and complete regular audits with our field based team to ensure that both our staff and the equipment are fully compliant with our health and safety policies.

Alongside searching for continuous ways to improve our health and safety compliance we also endeavour to pass these developments on to our clients. Some of the regulations we help our clients adhere to include, the Health and Safety at Work Act, Food Safety Act and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Act.
