The Cannon name is important to us and to our customers and that’s why all our technicians are fully employed by Cannon and not sub-contracted like many of our competitors. This gives you a certain amount of reassurance; all technicians will be fully uniformed for easy identification and with this comes full training and support.

We have an internal integrated training programme and affiliation with external training organisations, in fact several of our team are represented on the British Pest Control Association committee and help to set the standards.

Additional support is also available at all times from a technical team which includes fully qualified environmental health officers and a team of field biologists. This ensures compliance for both us and our customers.

Our environmental health officers provide ongoing support throughout environmental health inspections and are on hand daily if required to monitor progress and liaise with environmental offices. Their expert knowledge and understanding of environmental offices requirements means we are able to provide rapid solutions.

Health and Safety compliance is a crucial part of the service and all our technicians carry PDA’s which give them real time access to Health and Safety information on demand. This essential part of our service will help to prevent any unnecessary accidents on site and offers an audit trail for customers.
