Our reporting capabilities are well developed. Utilising hand held technology, our technicians report directly from site in real time with the essential information that can be critical in cases where a breach of hygiene standards is evident. Reports can be generated on demand that not only give accurate, up to date information on the state of any current pest problems but also explain the reasons for the problems. Essential proofing, housekeeping and hygiene matters are reported on; potentially giving customers the security of full “due diligence” compliance where needed.

All site visit information and updates are inputted via our technicians PDA’s on a daily basis and are reported back to you via Cannon Pest Control’s secure web portal OCSi. All reports are fully customisable depending on your needs but more generally provide information on visit data, pest levels, recommendations and details of materials used on site.
